On Monday a12^th July, our Year 1's visited Tamworth Castle! We had an amazing fun-filled day, where we got to walk around and experience a real-life castle, meet the Lord and Lady and prepare a feast for them, find the knight's armour, tour the entire surroundings and meet our very new friend - Knight, who even shared lunch with us! The children were an absolute credit to the school and showed impeccable behaviour throughout the day, as well as share knowledge they have learnt over the last half-term. We made lots of lovely memories to end the year on - what a fabulous day!
