Today is World Mental Health day, and here at Smith's Wood, we have celebrated by wearing a yellow accessory! Each child who wanted to wear yellow donated £1 to Young Minds; raising a total of £185! Throughout the week, the children have also had assemblies based on understanding what is meant by Mental Health, and also how to look out for your friends in certain situations. During PSHE lessons this week, the children have played Wellbeing Bingo, where they have come up with 16 activities each that they feel helps people with their wellbeing, and used this for a game of Bingo!
