The children were able to look around WW1 trenches and discover the different weapons that soldiers used and see what it was like to cross through no mans land. As well as this, they also experienced what it was like to be a piece of food travelling through the human body. It’s safe to say that the children had a brilliant time and are really excited about the rest of the half term!
